Tanks are a kind of tracked vehicles, completely different from cars.
The crawler is driven by a set of hydraulic drive gears. The biggest difference between the crawler tank and the car is the steering principle. The steering of a tracked vehicle is completely different from that of a wheeled vehicle. Because the wheels are all covered by the track, the steering cannot be achieved with wheels at all, which requires the use of dual-stream transmission.
To put it simply, the tracks on both sides rotate in different directions. When turning, two independent driving sources transmit power to the two tracks respectively. One track can be rotated forward and the other track can be rotated backward to realize the free steering of the track on the ground. , that is, the center turn.
