How to make a toy car with a magnet?
The principle is that there is a kind of force that is non-contact force. Even if the two magnets are not in contact, when they are placed in the same pole, they will repel each other, and when the magnets are opposite to each other, they will attract each other. So using a ruler and a magnet will make the toy car move forward.
List of materials:
- 4 plastic bottle caps
- 1 toilet paper tube
- 1 long ruler
- 1 to 2 long bamboo skewers
- 4 magnets
- Blu Tack
- Thin screwdriver
- Scissors

Use a thin screwdriver to make a hole on the left and right sides of the toilet paper tube
*Note: The position of the hole does not need to be in the middle. It is better to wear it at the lower end of the toilet paper tube, so that the bottle cover can be attached to the ground and the toilet paper tube can be kept high.
After completing the four holes, put a bamboo stick at the hole, and also test whether the bamboo stick can be rotated. If the bamboo stick cannot be rotated, it means that the hole is too small. The next step is to drill a hole in the center of each of the 4 plastic bottle caps, which is used to fit the bamboo sticks.
When all the pieces are linked together, it becomes a car!

Completely wrap two magnets with blu tak and stick them to one end of the toilet paper tube. Then wrap the other two magnets completely with blu tak, and stick them to the end of the long ruler.
